I'm Robin Ripley, author of Wisdom for Home Preservers published by Taunton Press and co-authored Grocery Gardening. I live in rural Maryland where I garden, cook and observe nature. I make as much by hand as possible, from bread to cheese to wine to pastries. I also raise pet chickens and have two little dogs.
