Keeping this in mind, RCF upholds an alternative vision of culture whereby culture is not only a medium/means of resistance but also a crucial site for resistance against all kinds of exploitation. RCF associates itself with people’s culture, which has always emerged as a protest to mainstream culture, as well as larger socio-political practices of the ruling classes.
