Why this matters❓: Onesend's tools appear to be designed for franchises, multi-location brands, and reseller agencies. The integration of the new features could explain some of the more frequent AC outages many customers have been complaining about. For the existing AC users, hopefully, that means more abilities for our emails to skip the spam filter and actually make it into our contact's inboxes!

This study really piqued our interest... There's a lot of discussion about the state of healthcare in the country and it's really interesting to see that this study shows the difference between expectations and reality.

How often do you get stuck because a project feels overwhelming? Break it down into smaller chunks and don't put so much pressure on yourself!

This is a great question to ask yourself every day!

It feels easier to think about the things you DON'T want to do and then realize it's not that you don't have the time to do it, but it's not a priority for you at this time.

And that's okay.

So much gratitude for the quiet time in the sunny garden to reflect on all the blessings and gifts this past year has provided, even through all the difficulties.

A huge thank you too everyone who sent me birthday messages, texts, calls, deliveries of cookies and brownies, birthday coffee, supported the fundraiser for , and giving me a free birthday frozen lemonade (thank you 😍!)

I felt the love. I FEEL the love. And I'm immensely grateful for being given the gift of another birthday on this Earth and knowing all the wonderful people in it.
