For one night only, enjoy five drinks helmed by our guest bartender, Andrew Pang, who will be giving each of these recognizable cocktails a unique Japanese spin, by using premium products from the House of Suntory, including a special Ao World Whiskey.

Next up: 2020-2022

“Red” represents melancholy. The very albums that reinvented Taylor’s career after a period of stability and sameness called upon metaphors of the moon, the forest, and loneliness, including a re-recording of an old work (for which this drink is named after) that featured a 10-min sad ballad. Keeping to that theme, we use gin, grenadine and crème de cassis for a fruity, woodsy drink.

CRUEL SUMMER

“Cruel Summer” represents security. Stability. Safety in knowing what you do best. In keeping to that theme, we represent this era with our take on a classic favorite - the old-fashioned, but with and topped with a slice of grapefruit.

“Wildest Dreams” represents experimentation. To go out of one’s comfort zone and to try something new. “1989” was a modern album filled with pop Stylings and modern mastering, with metaphors of the ocean. In that vein, we’ve paired spiced rum with fruity flavors for a new concoction that conjures up images of the beach; Tropicana breezes and feet in the sand.
