Comelec Commissioner Aimee Ferolino has revealed Commissioner Rowena Guanzon of trying to influence her in the disqualification case against presidential aspirant Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
"One thing is clear to me, she is trying to influence my decision and trying hard to persuade me to her direction."
Ferolino asked Comelec to review Guanzon's interviews and social media posts that named her as the ponente, which put her in a dangerous position.
Tangere Survey: Isko outpaces Leni by 1% in presidential race, 16.75% and 15.08% respectively; Bongbong picks up speed at 57.67%
PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos has once again showed his complete dominance over his rivals in another pre-election survey after obtaining 57.67 % preference votes in a nationwide poll using mobile phone technology conducted by research firm Tangere on January 18-19, 2022 using 2,400 respondents.
Isko Moreno came in second with 16.75 % edging Leni Robredo by a little over one percent who came in third with 15.08 percent.
Panfilo Lacson is at fourth with 4.71 % while Manny Pacquiao is at fifth with 4.29 % even as the remaining 1.04 % was shared by the other candidates.
The respondents were asked with the question “kung ngayon gaganapin ang eleksyon, sino sa mga sumusunod ang iboboto mong pangulo” after which they were given with the names of the presidential bets.
The same survey also showed that 3 out of 5 supporters of Marcos will not change their minds and are fully committed to vote and support him all the way.
It was in stark contrast for 50 percent of those who voted for Leni who declared that they will likely change their minds, while Isko only has one of three respondents who is committed to support him.
Likewise, 83 percent of the supporters of Marcos’ running mate Mayor Inday Sara Duterte have declared that they will vote for him. Of the said number, 85% were from Northern Luzon while 83% were from Mindanao.
In the vice presidential race, Inday Sara also won by a mile with 53.17 % preference votes followed by Tito Sotto with 19.42 %.
Willie Ong came in at third with 15.74 %, followed by Kiko Pangilinan with 5.96 %, while the rest of vice presidential bets, including Lito Atienza, share the remaining 2.17%.
Tangere is an award-winning market research company that specializes on mobile application technology and social media engagement in conducting its research and surveys.
So far, the company has already conducted over 500 surveys - commissioned and non-commissioned and has an active respondent base of 599,998.
With barely four months before the May 9, 2022 elections, these latest results further cemented Marcos’ position as the strong favorite to win the presidential race, just like the results of other pre-election surveys that showed him leading by a mile over his rivals.
