Brew Covers
Just a girl and her camera making movies one (nervous) breakdown at a time.
One of my favorites of all time. The color grade and outfits are vibrant and do a wonderful job paying homage to mexico. Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt have a natural chemistry and James Gandolfini adds warmth to his role like no other..

Won’t you be my valentine?
Jamie Blank’s Valentine is one of my favorite movies of the slasher variety from the 90s/00s period. It’s got good slashing, David Boreanaz, Denise Richards, and a mask that if you squint your eyes, kinda looks like Drew Barrymore in her pixie phase.
Pretty dope to see that besides , Katherine Heigl and Jessica Capshaw share this together too.
M: Valentine (2001)
To scream or not to scream. That is the question. A few of my valentine horror faves from last year.

- Get Over It (2001)
- Down With Love (2003)

Desperado / 1995 (1/100)
Dir: Robert Rodriguez
Can we talk about how fine this cast was?? Antonio???? Salma??? 😍
The 1995 classic is part of the “Mexico” Trilogy that was written and directed by the legendary Robert Rodriguez.
Did you know Raúl Juliá (Gomez of the live action 1991/1993 Addams Family) ideally was supposed to play Bucho but unfortunately passed away before production. Bucho is played by Joaquim de Almedia. Could you imagine what that would have been like??
