Life is about choices. And some of my most miserable times were when I DIDN’T make a choice.

I just, sort of, let life happen to me. I was floating through life, afraid to take a wrong step so I took no step.

Months later, I’m in the doctor’s office wondering what’s wrong with me. Why am I so miserable and apathetic?

Stop letting life happen TO you. Make a choice, do SOMETHING. The only ‘wrong’ move is making none at all.

I can get so caught up in the ‘busy work’ that I can forget to do the tasks that are actually going to move me forward, closer to my goals.

It’s easy to make big, long term goals and forget about what’s needed daily to get there. The small, easy to put off, daily habits are what will compound over time.

I need regular reminders of this.

My girlfriends and I have been chatting a lot recently about dating, in particular the dreaded Apps 💀😅

What should go on our profiles and what definitely shouldn’t, what are red flags and immediate icks. It’s LITERALLY personal branding....

Stay with me…😂
🔥 When you first download the app you’re asked to enter criteria of the person you’d like to attract... ie. set your goals

🔥 When building out your bomb-ass profile you take time to decide what’s unique about you and your personality (self-discovery), you might even look at other profiles for inspo (market research)

🔥 You use your bio and quick wit to create a connection (brand voice & messaging)

🔥 You continuously refine & tweak based on feedback and/or after several bad dates. 😆

🔥 And finally, you pick a series of candid - but cute! 💃🏼 photos that give a glimpse into what spending time with you would be like (your social media content)

And just like that you’ve got a brand AND dating strategy getting you LAID and getting you PAID. 🤭😈

Here's a marketing tip for the day: Focus on providing VALUE to your customers through your marketing efforts.

Here's a design tip for the day:

When designing, try to incorporate plenty of whitespace in your layout. Whitespace, also known as negative space, refers to the areas in your design that are left blank, such as the space between paragraphs or around images. It doesn't necessarily have to be white - it can be any color that matches your design.

Whitespace is essential because it gives your content room to breathe and makes it easier to read and understand. It helps to guide the user's eyes to the most important elements of your design and can make your layout feel more organized and less cluttered.

So, when in doubt, add more whitespace! 🤍
