As you are pressing further into the 2024, I pray you remember that the Lord God Almighty loves you more than anything. He has shown this through Jesus Christ life, death and resurrection! Do not fear or give up. Stay the course and press.

Consider these scriptures as you pray.

”for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from a snare.“
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭26‬ ‭CSB‬‬

”The Lord is the one who will go before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or abandon you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”“
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭31‬:‭8‬ ‭CSB‬‬

This is the day the Lord has made. Rejoice! You still have purpose in your life!

Leave the worries, failures, and concerns of 2023 in the loving arms of Christ. As Paul wrote, "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 3:12-14)

Remember what is written in 1 Peter 5:7 AMP: "Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

Focus on the prize of eternity ahead of you. I pray the spirit of God inspires you to remain steady, hardworking, and aware of your calling and purpose every day. Keep pushing into 2024 with the knowledge that God is with us every step of the way, guiding us toward the heavenly call of Jesus Christ.

As it is written: "Look, I am making everything new" (Revelation 21:5 CSB).

Morning Meditation:

Blessings, I hope this post finds you well and filled with renewed strength. Today, I want to share a powerful passage from the book of Isaiah that has been a source of inspiration for countless generations. Let's dive into Isaiah 40:28-31 (CSB) together:

"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never becomes faint or weary; there is no limit to His understanding. He gives strength to the faint and strengthens the powerless. Youths may become faint and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who trust in the LORD will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint."

Wow! 🙌 These verses are a reminder of the incredible power and unwavering strength of our Heavenly Father. Let's break it down and draw some encouragement from it:

1️⃣ God is everlasting and limitless: The Lord we serve is not subject to weariness or exhaustion. He is the Creator of the entire universe, and His understanding has no bounds. Take heart, knowing that the One who holds the world in His hands is always ready to come to your aid.

2️⃣ Strength for the weary: Are you feeling worn out, tired, or powerless? Our Father specializes in giving strength to the faint and energizing the weak. When we feel like we can't go on, His divine power fills us up, allowing us to rise above our circumstances.

3️⃣ Trust and renewal: The promise of renewal is for those who place their trust in the Lord. As we surrender our worries, fears, and burdens to Him, He renews our strength. It's not a temporary fix but a lasting transformation. We are empowered to soar like eagles, run without growing weary, and walk without fainting. How incredible is that?

So, my dear friends, as we journey through life, let's lean on these verses from Isaiah. When we feel weak, let's remember that God's strength is readily available to us. When we stumble and fall, let's trust that He will lift us up and restore us. And when weariness threatens to overtake us, let's find solace in the promise of renewed strength and endurance.

May your hearts be uplifted and your spirits renewed by the everlasting God who lovingly cares for you. Remember, you are never alone on this journey! Keep trusting, keep seeking, and keep pressing forward.

Morning Meditation:

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will." - Romans 12:2 NIV

Let us not be swayed by the ways of the world, but instead, let us be transformed by renewing our minds with God's Word. When we align our thoughts and actions with His will, we can trust that we are on the right path. May we seek His guidance and wisdom in all that we do.

“I will bless the Lord who counsels me — even at night when my thoughts trouble me. I always let the Lord guide me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my whole being rejoices; my body also rests securely.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭16‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭CSB‬‬

Reflect: to consider or think carefully about, deliberate on, meditate or ponder, contemplate, to think deeply about…

The Goodness, Kindness, Mercy, Grace, and Love of God I’m just overwhelmed by His UNFAILING love toward us! It’s because of His faithful Love we are not consumed. Great is His is Faithfulness. New merciywe see everyday!

I stand in agreement with the words of David in Psalm 145:1-3 “I exalt you, my God the King, and bless your name forever and ever. I will bless you every day; I will praise your name forever and ever. The Lord is great and is highly praised; his greatness is unsearchable.”

When we take time to slow down and REFLECT on God’s character and the sacrifices of Jesus we no longer have to worry about the trials and tribulations of this world. He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Show us your glory today Lord! Your presence is all we need. As I REFLECT on where you have brought us from I rejoice in you about where we are going.

As I REFLECT - carefully consider and meditate on you and your word this morning!

If you're feeling uncertain or worried today, I want to encourage you to trust in God. He knows exactly what we need, and He has a plan for each and every one of us.

Even when things feel out of control, we can trust that God is in control. He is faithful and He will never leave us or forsake us.

So today, let's choose to trust in God's goodness and His unfailing love. Let's lean on Him and find peace in His presence.

Remember, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6

During our morning prayer at Southwest Middle School we have been laboring in the spirit as a community interceding for our children and teachers. The enemy desires to sift our children as wheat but we collectively meet here at the flag pole twice a month and pray in the authority of Jesus Christ.

Upon completion of prayer this morning we opened our eyes to the beauty of God’s magnificent creation. God blessed us with a beautiful sun rise. We are believing change will happen. Our children will live and not die! This sun rise reminded me today that Christ is risen…He is Alive…He has all power!!! We have Power!!! Blessed are those that hunger and thirst for righteousness…We were filled today!!!
