Foot drop is a common issue for those suffering from Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Incomplete Spinal Cord Injuries. Traditionally, foot drop is treated with ankle-foot orthoses, which may not work for some patients. Bioness has created a functional electrical stimulation (FES) device called L300 Go, in order to control drop foot which decreases fall risk and increases independence for those who have it. Teter Orthotics & Prosthetics has certified orthotists ready to fit the Bioness L300 Go at over 20 locations.
