LEAD CARPENTER
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential home building including framing, roof, siding, interior trim
• Supervise field carpenters and laborers on performing construction duties
• Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, prioritize and complete work within agreed timeframes
• Consistently provide high quality work
• Maintain high standard of attendance, honesty, energy and optimism
• Maintain onsite job safety
• Personal hand tools
• Valid Driver License
• Vehicle provided to right candidate
• References required
40 hours per week, Year Round
Work Location: Multiple Locations on the Central Kenai Peninsula
Compensation depending on experience.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
