The last week for one our most popular desserts! It’s had a cracking run on local produce.
Buttermilk gelato, lathered with verjuice and Fingerlime salted caramel, underneath is a verjuice snow and on the base is a waffle crumble with semillon custard.

Fresh fingerlime straight from the orchard into my own hand made gin recently concocted Gin School! Infusion consisted of (of course), lemongrass, chilli and ginger. It’s a ripper if I do say so myself!
