A bit late posting but finally made a 200 consecutive days of meditation…taking it also to nearly 15,000 minutes since 2017!
This free app is brilliant. Everything from beginners to advanced. Guided meditations to mindful music and more.

The RNLI…so much more of their work goes under the radar. They operate 24 hours a day, year round. Poole Lifeboat Station is one such often unnoticed hub of activity…but there have been 113 call outs so far this year.
My friend Flick, is one of their incredible volunteers. I went down to the station to see how it all works…it costs £67k a year to run this station alone. They rely on donations to kit themselves out and you can see from the “crew kit” poster the cost of each item.
I do a reasonable amount of pro bono work, but this year I decided to change my approach slightly, and, instead of doing it completely “free” of charge, I invited a donation.
I chose the RNLI, because, not only do I love the sea, and want everyone to enjoy it safely, I also know there are awesome people quietly volunteering their time.
I ran a group coach supervision session and then matched the donation from my business bluegreen coaching. It will be a drop I the ocean (!) looking at this list, I know. However, every drop counts!
So, thank you Flick and the rest of the nearly 50 other crew members who dedicate their free time to saving lives at sea.
