This is a sunroom we completed a couple months ago. Lots of natural light with a 12 ft. Double slide Anderson door and large 9 ft. Casement windows with a pass through to the existing kitchen.

Here is our completed project in Cheshire. Building features a large shop with full bathroom, exercise room with rubber padding, in ground trampoline (mat coming soon and will post updates once installed), and second floor entertainment area with kitchenette. There is also a very large carport on the rear of the building and road was extended to accommodate truck and trailer.

Entertainment shelter for premier RV. Building features an outdoor fireplace, retractable tv, outdoor kitchen with bbq, granite countertops with lots of seating available and direct view of the pond.

Our shop build up McKenzie nearing completion. This building will feature a large work area with an Auto lift, downstairs half bath and a large craft room on the second floor.

Update on our Cheshire project. Poles are up, trusses are set and purlins currently being installed. Will continue to post photos as project progresses.

This is a project that we are particularly proud off. This project had to be done is phases as the homeowner was still living on site as construction progressed.

Project started as a bedroom addition and kitchen remodel that turned into a whole home remodel including primary and guest bathrooms being completely remodeled. We created a deck and extended the roof structure to the front of the home. Deck was done in timbertech composite with timbertech railing and genstone faux panels to wrap the beams and posts which were also carried on through to the garage and the bedroom addition.

The kitchen was done in two tone color cabinets, custom tile work, floating shelves and quartz countertops. We replaced all the flooring throughout the home with LVP flooring, continuing into the bathrooms with a LVT flooring. Both bathroom showers were replaced with custom marble surround and glass doors. Primary bathroom vanity was updated to match the two tone kitchen cabinets and tile surround.

We upgraded all the trim in the home to red oak and installed custom red oak entry doors. The home also received a new roof and exterior paint color. The finished product is truly beautiful, and the homeowners were a joy to work with.

We converted an upstairs attic into 2 bedrooms and a full bath, with tile surrounds and niche. All the windows were done in black on black vinyl and LVP flooring. Shower glass and sliding barn doors to be installed at a later date.

Local family ran construction business has multiple openings for skilled carpenters. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of construction experience, have own tools, reliable transportation and are motivated. Prefer experience in all phases of construction from demo to finish work. We offer sick time and accidental insurance after 90 days of employment. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour to start with room for advancement for the right candidate.
