1. Validate and give space for your human experience, feeling your emotions & the pain that is coming up in response to the situation (feminine / emotional / physical layer)

👉🏻 If we fail to do this part, we fall into the trap of spiritual bypassing

2. Extract the invitation / lesson out of the situation that the universe is providing you with (masculine / mental / spiritual layer)
👉🏻 This is how we cultivate more self awareness, break our patterns and grow spiritually
👉🏻 If we fail to do this part, we keep repeating the same lesson over and over

3. Create understanding & empathize with the other people involved (interpersonal layer)
👉🏻 This is how we cultivate deeper compassion for others, expand from I to we, repair ruptures and strengthen our bonds

4. Forgive yourself and any other people involved and let go of the situation in gratitude (energetical layer)

It is important that the first layer will be addressed first and the last layer last. But depending on the situation the order of addressing layer two and three might be different.
