Bound is excited to announce that we will be offering FREE childminding starting in 2024! We welcome ALL to Be at Bound, making our schedules
Childminding will be offered Mondays at 9:30am, and Wednesdays at 10:00am. Escape the cold up and enjoy one of our Hot classes. Your little will have a great time with one of our dedicated childminders.
Pre-registration is required as we have a capacity of 6 children per minder.

Hey, it's Danielle M from Bound!
Danielle is a teacher here at Bound. Teaching since 2015, Danielle has since trained in Prenatal and Children's Yoga. Danielle uses creative sequencing and challenging practices to anchor you in your body so your mind can become quiet. Using alignment and breath you will probably leave sweaty but always at peace with the perfection that you are.

In the context of yoga, particularly in styles like Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, it refers to a dynamic and flowing sequence of yoga poses that are coordinated with the breath.
Vinyasa yoga is characterized by the smooth transition between poses, creating a continuous flow of movement. Each movement is synchronized with either an inhale or an exhale, and the sequences are often designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting mindfulness and breath awareness. In a typical Vinyasa class, the teacher guides students through a series of poses, linking them together with breath, creating a meditative and dynamic practice.
