The Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced the conforming loan limits for 2023! The new conforming loan limit for single-family properties is $726,200 – up nearly $80,000 from the 2022 limit of $647,200. In certain high-cost areas it will be $1,089,300 for single family properties.
