filming is now upon us and, as I told you, I'm immersed in preparation again. every day non-stop training and controlled nutrition, but I haven't forgotten about you!
I thought of an artisanal Easter egg, made of very fine chocolate prepared by master chocolatiers and with a special surprise... who knows if I will be able to resist the temptation... but you can eat a piece for me too, I'm counting on it! 🍪☕️🍫

Special thanks to my great fans for everything, in this case for the English subtitles and for trying to catch and edit some good parts of my speech yesterday in Porto.
It was a good charity evening with in such a special day for women.

Besides where I stayed in Porto, the fantastic Douro river view has reminded me of Istanbul in terms of its Bosphorus-type beautiful vibe, so I felt like home. I appreciate the hospitality as well. I am hoping to come back again. Take care everybody, be kind to yourselves and one another.
International Women's Day spent in a magical city with a river that flows majestically and leaves you speechless. An evening dedicated to an important and exciting event. I never thought that every stop on this tour would enrich and amaze me so much.

Wonderful women, mothers, daughters, sisters, companions and indispensable friends... If I could, I would personally give you a flower, as a sign of the respect and love that every man owes you. I will do it this evening, symbolically, donating it to the women of this beautiful city that is hosting me.

A day full of smiles, given and received.
Places where you would expect smiling to be more difficult instead become sources of enthusiasm and strength, real nourishment for the soul.
This day for us at CYFC filled our hearts and motivated us even more.

I'm slowly discovering Italy...
This weekend I had the pleasure of discovering the beautiful Assisi with an exceptional tour guide: Francesca Di Maolo, President of the Serafico Institute, who dedicated some of her precious time to me and immersed me in the history and art of this beautiful city. City that was the birthplace of San Francesco, one of the patron saints of Italy to whom an imposing basilica consecrated in 1253 is dedicated, whose wonderful frescoes have even been attributed to Giotto and Cimabue.
I stocked up on love, dedication to others, art and culture... Even culinary!

A weekend to discover green Umbria, in delightful Assisi. Surrounded by art and welcomed by many beautiful people dedicated with love to the good of others.
This intense Umbrian weekend also gave me the opportunity to get to know the wonderful Sfascia family even more closely, which allowed me to take part in the important charitable activities that they carry out with enthusiasm and infinite dedication at the Serafico Institute.
He also welcomed and hosted me with kindness and friendliness in his resort, a place of unique warmth and beauty

Between one relaxation and another, a light jog for an hour and a half.
