Get those meals prepped!! It makes a world of difference. We meal prepped for ourselves and Kale and Ike for 1 week. Yes it took 2+ hours but it's done and saving us so much time thru the week!

Besides working out. Our next favorite hobby: fishing!! Many lake days to come but that doesn't mean we give up our workouts and meal plans. We packed light this weekend. We spent $0 on food by preparing and taking it all. Even just simple foods like protein chips and tuna packets!! It's worth it!!

Here's an update on Tyler!!! His goal was also to add more muscle then cut. He's been working really hard the past 7 weeks to drop some weight and begin the cut process. In each comparison, the first photo was taken on Feb. 4, second on March 28. In that period of time he has lost 20lbs!!!
How did he do that????? Ask him!!

This is me. 2 years difference from skinny 112lbs to 132lbs. Changes don't take place over night. I, myself have goals and am always a work in progress as well!! As a competitor, I started out in the bikini competitions and was successful but ready to move up and push myself to try something a little more demanding and get into figure competitions. It's happening but I had and still have to have patience!!! I'm with you all! It takes hard work and discipline!!!
I'm here for you!! With my experience, as well as my Health and Nutrition degree and personal training certification, I got ya!!! Set those goals! You can achieve them!! I will help you!!!
