PEC has declared the TEP candidate Engr. Dr. Afzal Khan , as winning candidate as Memeber Governing Body ( GB)- PEC from Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive/ Mechatronics and allied engineering group from KHyber Pakhtukhawa as a result of Recounting in the same category .
On behalf of Our chairman TEP Engr Jawed Salim Qureshi , I wish to congratulate All the TEP supporters, voters , friends and colleagues all over Pakistan for their support , cooperation and mandate with clinching three seats from KP in GB- PEC . The credits goes to entire TEP team abs community.

Emergent call to GB Members of PEC.

Minutes of TEP KP meeting on 19th February, 2022

A meeting of TEP KP held on 19th February at Peshawar. Members of Core committee and other senior members participated to discuss the following major points :
A. Re organization & Strengthen TEP in KP
B. Formation of CIDB out of PEC umbrella
C. Equivalence of BSc (Engg) & B-Tech
D. Issues to Engineers in departments

All the participants expressed their valuable opinion and after detailed deliberation, the forum agreed to take following actions.

1. An organizing or steering committee of members from different Engineering sectors may be formed within ten days.

2. The committee will undertake the following tasks within two months or earlier
2(a) Formation of provincial council, core committee and organization at Divisional level in KP.
2(b) Four sub committees be formed including Management committee, Finance committee, Youth or Young engineers committee and Public relationing/Media committee.

3. A delegation of TEP under the leadership of Javed Saleem Qureshi or with his consent will call upon Chairman PEC & HEC to agitate the issues of CIDB & equivalence BSc engg and B-Tech.
The delegation will also call upon Governor and Chief Minister KP for their supporting recommendation on above issues and other local issues of engineers in KP

4. TEP delegation must start meetings with the Heads of different Engineering Departments in KP and present a proposed roadmap to redress the issues relating to engineers & departments.

5. Media cover be given to all activities and TEP participation in each event.

The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to and by the chair.

Now the time has come to stand for the Engineers & Engineering Profession which has been damaged badly and it will take time to restore Pride of Engineers and Profession. Let's unite ourselves irrespective of the group and stand for our rights, before it's too late.
