When our founder Ema Dantas was training for the 7 Summits, her diet was mostly of natural foods, even though she does have a sweet tooth ( let's keep that between us!😀).
This is one of her smoothies. Easy to make. Cantaloupe & Banana Smoothie.
1/2 Cantaloupe
2 Bananas
1 cup of Almond Milk
Blend in Vitamix. Yummm!!
