Good Morning to YOU 😃 woke up and attempted to do some Face Yoga, (I’m 43 and becoming over critical of my skin, ugh), little guy woke up so no more face yoga haha 😂, played dinosaurs, camping, zoo, did all the things to get out of the house with a toddler, drop off at preschool - grabbed a second coffee - at the office about to make more Soothe Mag BB 💛🌙⭐️

Let’s talk about Fair-Trade Shea Butter and How it Supports African Women ❤️

I’ve done my research, so much of it, to make sure I’m buying the best and most importantly, Fair Trade Shea.
Did you know that in Africa, shea butter is considered a food item. Food items in Africa are controlled by women only, not men, so all profits made from the harvesting and sale of shea butter go to the women. Amazing.

I buy my shea from a women owned company in Oregon that I trust very much has also done their research and are providing a quality and fair trade product. I use Shea from Ghana that is fair trade, unrefined, virgin, organic and is the cleanest I’ve ever used.

Shea butter comes from the nuts of karité trees that grow in the Sahel region extending from West to East Africa, from Guinea and Senegal to Uganda and South Sudan. Out of these countries, the most common sources of quality shea butter are Ghana, Nigeria and Northern Uganda.

Benefits of Shea Butter:
Shea butter is rich in oleic, stearic, palmitic, and linolenic acids. This means that it is exceptional at hydrating damaged skin (it’s 60% Fat content makes it moisture-rich) and it helps skin to boost its natural collagen production.

I use fair trade, organic, virgin (unrefined) shea butter in all my magnesium body butter blends from

In an effort to share more with you about the ingredients I use, here are some details about the Organic Essential Oils from that I use in all my magnesium products. I also love how transparent they are as a company and that combined with quality makes me trust them completely.

Magnesium is essential. We have both in our massage treatments and available for purchase in our retail store. Your may choose to enhance your service with topical magnesium. The benefits include: sleeplessness, muscle fatigue, cramping, headaches, muscle ache and so much more.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse ❤️ 🥑🍫I just made this last night and besides the fact that it’s delicious, it’s also chock full of magnesium!
One avocado has 48mg Magnesium
Maple syrup has some
But the real big one is the raw cacao, like 250 mg of magnesium in about 8 teaspoons or 50 g, it’s amazing!

All you do is blend your really ripe avocados, I use my immersion blender, until they’re silky smooth, like buttah!
Add raw cacao one tsp at a time until you get the chocolate taste you’re looking for.
Add maple syrup a little bit at a time until it’s sweet enough for your taste. You could also use dates to sweeten, just soak them first to soften.
Pinch of good salt to bring out the flavors. I topped mine with whipped cream, berries are good, if you want to keep it vegan- top with some whipped coconut cream, it’s so good.

I use my own Calm magnesium product on my 2.5 year old little boy - bottom of his feet most nites and up his legs. He had been kicking his legs a lot while trying to fall asleep so I started also rubbing the back of his legs and he doesn’t kick anymore. Maybe he had growing pains, restless legs, idk, but he’s more comfortable falling asleep 😴 ❤️​​​​​​​​
