Deiting is stressful on the body specially when you haven't done it before.
Instead going from doing nothing to everything you will likely tend to lose consistency after sometime and get back to old routine cause of lot of restrictions.

5 Tips to Curb Emotional Eating

There is this feeling of fuelling your body so that you can take action against whatever is causing stress. You could be craving a bucket of ice cream or your favourite sandwiches after a tiring or stressful day because that’s the easiest way to find comfort. But emotional eating can have serious implications on your health.

Here I try to bring you 5 tips which helps me to curb emotional eating 👇

✨ Move your body: Moving your body can make you forget about your emotions and lower down your stress levels while diverting your mind. Physical exercises help in releasing feel-good endorphins, boost your mood and amp up your energy levels.

✨ Have a hunger reality check: Whenever you feel like eating, make sure to cross-check your hunger. Ask questions from yourself- is your hunger physical or emotional? If you had your meal a few hours ago and your stomach is not rumbling, then you’re not physically hungry.

✨ Keep yourself hydrated: Sometimes, your mind mixes up the signals of dehydration and hunger. Whenever you feel the need to eat after some time of your meal, fill up and drink a glass full of water. This way you can easily break the pattern of cravings related to your feelings.

✨ Share your feelings: When you keep everything inside, your craving for food increases which open doors to overeating and various health ailments. Sharing your thoughts or feelings with others is a great way to calm your mind without getting any unnecessary calories in and health complications.

✨ Work on positive self-talk: Different types of feelings are associated with emotional eating. It is vital to pay heed to these feelings and work on the self-talk to heal your feelings or else it will lead to a series of emotional eating. Instead of getting hard on yourself, go easy and learn from your setbacks.

Being Consistent is where I struggle alot. What helps me is setting a schedule and commit to it.
As far as what you choose to do - keep it simple to start. walk 10 minutes, Do a few machines, and leave. What I mean is that your habit of going to the gym will be more important than what you actually do at first.

You don't need motivation You just need to pick up ur bag and step in the gym Rest will be easy and at the end you will be grateful
There's hardly any day when you return from gym doing nothing 😉.

Once you have the consistent habit of showing up, I'd suggest committing to a specific program for at least 12 weeks, but if you want to ease in, just show up without a plan and get the habit going.

You don't have to be extreme, just be consistent.
Motivation is overrated. Discipline is underrated. Stay disciplined. Create habits. Create mindsets. You'll laugh in the face of adversity!

What is the Difference Between Good Food and Bad Food?

Nothing. Foods should not be thought of as good/bad. Every food, no matter its categorization, provides nutrition and substance to the body. Therefore, there are no “bad” foods. Some people may say that certain foods are not nutritious. However, if you were to look at the nutrition facts, the amount of protein, sugar, carbohydrate, fiber, etc. would not read zero. The food still provides these nutrients. Our bodies need protein, fiber, sugar and even fat to survive. Some foods, it is true contain higher levels of protein or fat than do other foods. However, people should be eating a variety of foods to get all of the nutrients and vitamins that they need. We aren’t meant to eat the same foods for every meal. When food intake is varied, and foods are eaten in moderation, eating a food high in sugar or fat will not negatively affect our health. Too much of anything, including the good foods, and including water can be harmful to our bodies. All foods should be eaten in moderation.

✅Changes on the inside -
The fitter you are, the more fat you burn and that is something the scale can't measure.

✅More strength and endurance -
You may start out exercising for a few minutes at a time or lifting light weights, but after a few workouts, your body adapts, allowing you to lift heavier and go longer.

Your weight is just one aspect of your progress and, in many cases, it's not even the most important one. Having your weight at a certain number might be nice, but the scale can’t tell you how fit you are or how much muscle you have. Your scale isn’t going to cheer for you when you finish all of your workouts for the week, either.
