To the Alumni Hall Staff-
It has been an honor working with all of you this year! Thank you all for accepting me as your supervisor with open arms and helping me acclimate to the school. All of you have so much to offer, and I'm thankful for the year we had together!
Doug- I know you'll do the best job next year in the LC's and I can't wait to hear about your experiences there! Alumni Hall will miss you!
Erin, Max, Gabriela, Brenden and Kaitlyn: Congratulations on graduating!! You all have made such a huge impact on the students you've led during your time at SC and I know you will all thrive after graduation in grad school or whatever you choose to do next!
Brenna and Seth: I'm proud of the both of you, thank you for your dedication to your residents and for all the hard work you've put in this year. Make sure to visit next year!

Happy RA appreciation to the SS/TH RA staff! I am truly thankful for each and everyone of you, and I could not have been able to accomplish all of my additional responsibilities without you. Jac- thank you for your constant support of your residents, and care for their safety. Robyn- thank you for your creativity and being a person the students feel comfortable going to, in times of need. Kelsey- thank you for your attention to detail and your leadership on staff and with your residents. Berto- thank you for always being the first to check in with everyone at staff meetings, and for your energy on staff. Liv- thank you for always putting extra effort into everything you do, and for stopping by my office (at least) once a day. Bailey- thank you for always being thorough in your work and for always reaching out when seeking advice. Evelyn- I am so thankful to have had you on two of my staffs, I truly value everything you bring to our team. Hale- thank you for bringing humor and energy to everything you do! This is the first RA staff that I have had for an entire academic year, and you all have made a huge impact on my life. I am sad, but proud to see 7 out of 8 of you graduate this year. Oh, my beloved Abbey staff.
What can I say? You have made my year unforgettable, and the thought of saying goodbye soon is tragic. But I am so thankful for you all. You are all so different and have made it work to our advantage. Rob and Alex, I can't wait to see what you do after graduation. Congratulations! Julian, Lily, Mariah, and Zoë, keep up the great work and make your buildings proud! Joey, have fun next year, and I hope you don't miss Res Life too much.

To the very first Housing and Res Life Staff I have ever had the joy honor and privilege to lead; you have and continue to be amazing through ups, downs, challenges and adjustments you all still remain true to your passion of being advocates and resources to the residents of our community and the campus alike.
Thank you for welcoming me to the Campus, teaching me the way and being willing to work alongside me even through some of the most difficult times of our semester. I appreciate your hard work and commitment to the students. It goes without being said that GULICK HALL HAS THE BEST STAFF ON CAMPUS! Continue to be the example and the RA you needed when you were just a resident.

The three of you have been nothing short of wonderful, and I am beyond grateful for all of you. Julia, you’re almost done and I am so excited to see where life takes you next. Your positive attitude matched with your drive will take you so far. You go the extra mile with everything that you do, and it always shows. Kyle, you bring the most upbeat and positive energy to our staff, and this year would not have been as fun without you. Both your “can-do” attitude and positive outlook on everything are contagious, and I love hearing you sing throughout the building. Rami, thank you for joining our small team this semester and being fully ready to take on all of the responsibilities and challenges that come with your role. Your ability to balance this new role alongside your school and team responsibilities has been wonderful, and I look forward to seeing you continue to grow in your role moving forward. I have been so fortunate to have worked with you all this year, and I couldn’t have asked for a better staff for this building. Thank you for always being willing to grow with me and for assisting me through this process, I know it hasn’t been easy. You all make Lakeside a fun place to be, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for all that you do!

Residence Life is hiring! Have you thought about the RA position before but haven't taken that leap? Now is your chance!

Residence Life is hiring for select RA positions for Spring 2022. Current openings are in first year halls, but additional spaces can become open at any time. This will be an expedited process to allow for completion before the end of the semester.

Requirements:

1. Be a registered undergraduate student for the 2021-2022 academic year, sophomore status or above.

2. A minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA is required to apply for the position.

3. Must be in good standings with Office of Student Affairs.

Need to stay during Fall Break? Complete the Break Housing application!

All Residence Halls close tomorrow at 5pm! If you need to stay for break, make sure you fill out the Break Housing application on MyHousing by tomorrow at noon! The fee to stay is $200.
