New spin on smoked sausage balls!!! Definitely would make them again!

Rib day today!!! Been a hot minute since I’ve cooked ribs and these spare ribs turned out awesome if I have to say so myself

Happy Memorial Day everybody!!! We got pulled pork burritos on the menu today!!! Take a large burrito shell put a layer of queso cheese,Mac and cheese pulled pork,grippos, jalapeños and bbq sauce. these are the 💣💣💣

Something new I seen and just had to try spam fries!! Cut spam into strips and deep fry then top with teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo 🔥🔥🔥

It’s been a hot minute since I posted been slacking 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ found some fresh morels with my dad today and of course fried them in the good ole cast iron and grilled some cheese burgers 🔥🔥🔥

There’s just something about fried deer steaks being cooked in cast iron and made In mushroom gravy that you can’t ever go wrong with it’s the ultimate country boy meal beats any minute steak by a long shot!!!

Chinese night!! Fried some breaded chicken chunks in the Dutch oven then tossed them In teriyaki sauce and white rice 🔥🔥🔥

Rarely do I do wings without sauce but that The Dirty Buffalo ruffalo rub is so good it doesn’t need sauce added to it go check them out they have great rubs and amazing sauce the Cajun buffalo sauce is the 💣💣💣it’s amazing on anything

Super Bowl Sunday!! I decided to smoke a pork loin it’s been a hot minute since I’ve done one and I wasn’t disappointed I tried my new Tuffy Stone classic bbq rub and Blues Hog champion blend bbq sauce they were both on point on flavor 🔥🔥🔥

Smoked buffalo chicken pizzas for the win tonight!!! First time using the Blues Hog wild wing sauce its definitely 💵💵💵 will definitely buy more of it

So since I was being lazy yesterday and cooked hamburger helper I inspired myself to do comfort food week!!! This is another childhood classic chicken nuggets and tater tots!! 🤣🤣🤣Fried them in the ole cast iron Dutch oven of course!

Even the greatest chefs have days where there just feeling it today is my day 🤣🤣🤣 can’t beat cheesy ranch hamburger helper instant potatoes and can corn and carrots

Capping off cast iron week with some good chili seemed fitting especially on a day like today!! Now normally I would do this on the smoker but let’s face it it’s way to cold for that today!
