Sometimes you won’t hear from certain people because they are on their journey and it requires their full attention and energy. Don’t take it personal. We all need room to grow from time to time.

You deserve someone who calms your nervous system and makes you feel safe so you can drop your armor, be vulnerable, and freely share your thoughts, feelings, needs, and insecurities through their acceptance, understanding, support, encouragement, and love.

Normalize checking your level of importance in someone’s life, some of you do a lot for people who don’t even care about you.

I hope you find someone who balances you; who brings you comfort, bliss, and peace, all at once. I hope you find someone who feels like home. Someone who doesn’t make you lose your self-worth, to love them. I hope when love finds you, you won’t be afraid to embrace it.
