I wiped my eyes from a deep slumber. Did I sleep through till Thanksgiving?

Really! A Christmas tree appeared in my great room this summer morning.

My sons the practical jokers (Matthew and Kenneth) have already put up the Christmas tree. I think it is safe to say we are ahead of schedule. Check that task off the list for 2022 😃

A bonus to this jolly surprise was watching my son, Matthew, on his snapchat account singing Christmas songs while putting up the tree in the middle of the night.

I am grateful for the spontaneous laughs and their wacky sense of humor bring to our family.

Laughter is great medicine for our souls.

Recently, I took a trip to Wilmington, North Carolina to visit my soul sister, Lorri Gifford of Tarot Readings With Lorri. 👯‍♀️ We stepped away from our professional lives to have fun by enjoying time on the beach, walking trails, connecting with nature, eating delicious food, getting our nails done, taking her sweet dog Cody on walks, and even seeing our first movie in a theater since Covid. 💜

Lorri and I have been prayer partners since 2016. We make sure to connect every Wednesday to hold space and support each other whether we are going through joyous or challenging times...sometimes we talk more than once a week for those you wondering. 😄 We truly accept each other as we show up in the moment. Our relationship is one of unconditional love.

I am grateful that we got to physically be in each other's company for a week. It is important to spend time enjoying life with the people we love.

Where or who would you like to visit? Take sometime to have fun with someone who makes you smile, laugh, and nurtures your soul. 😌💜

Grief is heart wrenching, yet it can be sacred.
In the deep, jagged cracks of the of the grieving heart:
You may feel profound sorrow
You may feel a complex beauty
You may feel penetrating love from beyond the veil
The journey of grief is emotional to say the least.
Grief is now my companion.
It teaches me how to love and accept myself while living with the pain of loss
And for this I can have gratitude for the healing power of grief.
Grief is a sacred healing for our broken hearts.

🙏 A prayer for you 🙏

Precious One, be gentle with yourself. There is no need for you to work hard to prove you are worthy of love, happiness, and prosperity. Place a hand on your heart and another on your belly. Breathe deep into your belly and exhale. Do this practice until you feel a peace and an acceptance washing over you. This moment of surrendering to your gentle touch and relaxing breath allows you to come into the remembrance of Love, your True identity. May this knowing support and guide you through out your day, week, months, and years. 💜

Happy Mother's Day to all the women who embody the nurturing and comforting energy of the Mother whether it be with their children, pets, flowers and plants, making delicious meals for others, creating art or poetry from the heart. The forms the mothering energy can take are infinite. 💜

I share this photo with you because it was time of happiness while on a Fall trip with friends. A time with my WHOLE family. A time that is no more.

I personally feel Mother's day is bittersweet. I am grateful to celebrate this day with 2 of my sons (Matthew and Kenneth) and my husband, but I am also sad my oldest son, Krystofer is not here. I miss his Mother's Day Cards and him leaving me painted daises on my bathroom or kitchen counter.

I know many other mom's who experience grief on this day due to child loss, never being able to have a child, children cutting their mom's out of their life. Then there are those children who miss their moms because they are on the other side of the veil.

My prayer for all women on this day is to let yourself feel the love of the Divine Mother wrapping you in her strong and comforting arms. If you are grieving on this Mother's day know she holds you close to her heart as a mom does with her newborn.

I also wish those mothers who get to celebrate with their children an enjoyable day full of love and laughter. 💐

I am currently in a yearlong scent priestess training. 💜 Our class is learning to anoint with essential oils. Each sister received a temple keeper oil. I became the temple keeper of Rosa Mystica (rose oil). 🌹 The two of us are building a sacred relationship. She is teaching me about creativity and healing a broken heart.

This week, Rosa Mystica guided me to make rose water. Here is the finished product. She is gorgeous! 😍

I will use the water as a spray to spritz on my face and refresh my rooms. Who knows what else she will teach me to do with her mystical elixir?

Reiki is a form of energy healing. The Reiki Practitioner serves as a channel for energy to flow through them to their client. It can even be done remotely. ☺️

Clients experience ease of physical pain, less anxiety, and mental clarity from a reiki session. Some of my clients have even felt the presence of their loved ones who have passed and angels. One common outcome from a reiki session is people do walk away feeling more peaceful, loved, and grounded.

The loss of my son, Krystofer, is a heartwrenching pain like nothing I have experienced before in my life. Through my pain, I find sharing my journey of child loss and his story with others to be medicine for my broken heart.
