* 6-10+ years in brand strategy experience with a D2C CPG or retail brand
* significant startup experience
* a background in brand and content marketing management
* a strong ability and passion to set campaign, brand, and go to market strategies
* strong project management, relationship management, and copywriting skills

About Cadence
cadence (keepyourcadence.com) has created the next generation sustainable, beautiful, organization system for portable personal care. We have successfully launched our first patented product D2C with immediate sellouts, and are ramping up production despite the current state of the world. We are in a growth phase and adding part-time and/or full-time order fulfillment personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
High school or equivalent diploma.
· Training is provided, no experience necessary.
Health and safety is a top priority for us. We take all recommended precautions in our fulfillment center to keep everyone healthy, and provide a safe environment for employees at this time during COVID-19. Face coverings will be required when working indoors.

Responsibilities:
· Freight receiving. Accept delivery of incoming boxes or pallets.
· Quality Control (QC) of Inbound Shipments. Open boxes and inspect products for any blemishes or defects.
· Packaging and Parts Assembly. Assembling packaging materials. Prepping 3-part capsules for order fulfillment.
· Order Fulfillment. (Pick & Pack) Pick products for customer orders, place them in company packaging, and prep for shipping.
· Returns Processing. Receive inbound returns and unpack them.
