Do you want to lose body fat around your midsection?

Try this.......
Start your day with coffee. No breakfast yet unless you've got time, and if you do, make a really filling bowl of oatmeal.
Around noon have lunch on the go.....something quick and easy like a sandwich.
Don't give it any time to digest and make sure you're really rushing through it. Because....meetings and s**t.
Around 3 get another cup of coffee to lift you over the energy slump.
Whatever you do don't bring any snacks. Especially not with protein. Protein is so hard to eat anyways.
Once you get home grab a quick snack. Like really quick......you really don't have time to eat if you're going to get a workout in today.
Spend an hour at the gym doing mostly cardio.
Come home. Eat whatever you want. You earned it with that workout.
Lay in bed and try to relax while checking FB or emails and finally fall asleep at midnight.
Oh. You've tried all that already?
Then maybe it's time for a different approach.🤷♀️
One that actually takes hormones and stress and digestion and blood sugar into consideration.
In order to actually lose stubborn body fat and make your metabolism work for you.

THIS COMMON MISTAKE IS KEEPING YOU FROM LOSING WEIGHT….
It's affected every one of us at some point in our lives.
It leads to frustration, feelings of self doubt and ultimately failure at reaching your goals.
It causes you to spin in circles on a seemingly never-ending cycle of eating habits and rules and falling off the wagon.
Can you guess what it is??
INCONSISTENCY
Often you blame the method. You get complacent too quickly and point the finger at why things aren’t going your way.
And then.
You begin to lose sight of where you’re going and that inner voice called self doubt turns up again to convince you that you don’t have what it takes to get there in the first place so why keep trying.
What's a girl to do?
If only you could recognize the things causing your inconsistencies you’d have a better chance of reaching those goals!
How do I know?
Ummmmm because I’ve been there. Trust me, I can STILL BE THERE at times.
But.
I learned how to figure myself out. And no I’m NOT talking my diet or my exercise. I’m talking DEEPER level stuff. The stuff you fail to address every Monday morning when you decide….
“It’s Monday time to try again!”.
Exhausting just thinking about that awful merry-go-round that many of you remain on. That cycle of repetition you so desperately want to FREE yourselves from.
So how is it done?
It starts with acknowledging that you’ve tried to start this too many times. And that you’re TOTALLY done with trying anymore.
It starts by you finally accepting YOU NEED HALP.
And then letting someone in who can go deep into your habits, routines and outlook so they can peel back the layers and hit the stop button on this incessant painful frustrating ride.
Ready to jump off?

Ever feel like losing weight/getting healthy is SO flipping HARD?
Like.....are you doing it wrong?
Simply put 😊 you may be fighting the wrong battle
👉You may be GREAT at monitoring calories in/out
But nothing is happening, or changing
Did all of the rules stop working for you (and only you) all of a sudden!? Seriously. You know what to do. You've done it literally a million times before.
No, not at all!
But.....
There could be metabolic adaptive processes preventing you from losing weight (ie "slow" metabolism from dieting too much), stress, insomnia, digestive issues, and even detoxification difficulities (fun fact: anger is stored in the liver, and unresolved emotional issues can stand in the way of effective weight loss, and health improvement strategies.)
So here is what to do:
1. Focus on what IS working
2. By process of elimination, figure out what IS NOT working
3. Grab your "THIS IS NOT WORKING FOR ME" list, and get started! And, don't be afraid to ask for help if you're not sure what to do next.
90% of my clients tell me the hardest part of starting a nutrition program to lose weight is that feeling of going without food.
If you’re anything like me your like a small child with a toy. If it’s taken from me I want it back and I’ll do anything in my power to justify why I should have it.
Trust me.....that's STILL me 😂.
I know you feel this way too. It’s human nature to want. It’s what humans do.
But it sure does come at a frustrating price when you want to lose weight AND still eat the things you enjoy.
Craving chocolate, pizza, wine or whatever that's taken from you is totally normal. It’s acceptable to like these foods because they stimulate us and make us feel happy.
But.....
The results you see in the mirror after indulging in them don’t make you happy.
Am I right?
It's literally 99.9% of the population's frustration in a nutshell right there.
Addictive behaviour is another thing that makes dealing with cravings really tough. Your brain is wired in a way that's on auto pilot, yet your new approach to eating can’t fight your conditioned mind. 🥷
Why?
Because your new way of eating isn’t as ingrained like your mindset is.
Believe me when I say......your WILLPOWER ain’t gonna win this fight.
That’s why you constantly find yourself fighting your habitual way of eating every week only to get no where.
I want you to try to do something you’ve never considered before.

Let's fool your mind to get what you want.
You need to be SMARTER than your deeply set way of thinking and behaving to get what you want.
So .......
quit trying to deprive yourself. Because it’s never worked before and it’s not going to magically work now!!
Have your cake! I’m telling you, eat the damn thing. But if you want to have it, the wine, pizza ect you’ll need something of a strategy to overcome the cravings so you can break free and begin to live a life having food you enjoy and still getting that weight off.

I can give you the tools to crack the code. I only ask one thing. You promise me you wont quit enjoying the FUN FOODS while I teach you to do this.
