Back in 2019 I talked to a fella on Facebook about buying a house. Pretty typical. Shortly after, my hot mess express showed up to a showing. It was one of those days. Husband out of town, 2 small kids…here I am! 18mos old barefoot and in a onesie in November. It’s FINNNNEEEE! Meet his wife and cute little 2yo! Few showings later, the wife makes a comment and I’m like we should be besties…AND NOW WE ARE! They closed on their first home January of 2020 and are currently buying and selling again, but this time THEIR DREAM HOME! And only 7 minutes from me! 😝 Congratulations Heather and Travis! ❤️ So excited for all your new memories!

This awesome couple closing on their forever home marks the 3rd transaction for one party! They sold 2 houses and bought one, all at the same time. How either of them stayed sane, I’m not sure! We managed to pull it off, fairly quickly, and now they are settling into their new 8 acre property! ❤️ Happy forever home Donnie and Rose!

The last 2 closings marked a first in my career. Tomorrow will be the 3rd one to go with it! I had a referral from a past client, for someone who wanted to buy a house. They also had 2 to sell. 🙃 Ok, challenge accepted. I then ended up with both of the buyers, for both of the listings. It was a busy 30 days, but all 3 families will be sleeping in their new homes SOON! So excited for Shawna and the House fam! Just as excited for my referral clients Donnie & Rose!
