Michael subscribes to the theory that poetry is very much like the truth, at least in the sense that most people rarely want to hear it, even if it is good for the soul to do so every now and again.
Michael looks at the world around him, seeking out the wonder and absurdity to be found within life in general, and tries to make some sense out of the confusion, hope, anger and frustration that surrounds our daily lives.
And usually ends up getting cross and ranty...

TONIGHT: Our Scribal Gathering Showcase with Paul Moss (AKA MossManPoet)
Paul was born in Yorkshire and he has been a local of Whaddon for 34 years. He is a citizen of MK, living life on the grid.
He began writing and performing poetry on his retirement, seven years ago. Spoken Word was the last thing on his mind; Paul has been supported on this journey by local poetry groups, most of all Scribal Gathering and the encouragement of the creative community in Stony Stratford. Paul writes for stage & page, his work is inspired by nature, life and family.
