Sourdough update! She's going strong πͺ and we have bubbles 𫧠which means it's time to get baking! Hoping to get some fresh Sourdough bread later this week!
Today's baking:
Mini donuts, salted dark chocolate almond clusters, and dark chocolate peanut butter cookies with sea salt π©π₯πͺ
I believe donuts are my new favorite to bake π©βπ³
Who knew there are so many types of buttercream? Definitely not me π«£π My go-to is cream cheese frosting!

Popped up as a memory from my personal page! I made this 7 years when I was in an intro to culinary arts class in high school. I absolutely loved making this cake and was/still very proud of the way it turned out π₯° it's not perfect, but one day I'll have clean icing techniquesπ©βπ³
Life has been a bit busy lately, but I'm still here and baking when I can π©βπ³ Hoping to get back in a routine of baking more frequently, especially since my amazing husband helped me organize all the baking supplies π₯°
With that being said, I'm back to trying to make a sourdough starter! π I had tried to make one right before vacation and forgot about it while we were gone π also trying our hand at gardening and hoping for some fresh tomatoes, onions, and micro-greens to use in the kitchen π

What's your favorite Super Bowl π snack? This year we went with a dip theme! We made homemade guacamole, Buffalo chicken dip, cheese dip...and of course we had to have french onion dip and ranch dip π
After a fun and much needed vacation, I'm back and still taking Valentine's Day orders π€©
