We chose a more balanced approach. Our life changed dramatically when we implemented structure and tools.
For you, the training journey might look completely different and you know what, THATโS OKAY!
But please remember not to judge others in the process and donโt believe everything you hear about training styles if you donโt take the time to fully understand.
We are all people with feelings and we share the commonality that we love our dogs more than anything, so letโs choose to focus on that.

๐ถ "Our dog Theo has had a way higher quality of life since we started with our E-Collar. When Theo was little, we would go on hikes and he would just take off in search of other friends. This led to him being leashed and pulling constantly. Nobody was having any fun! We did an e-collar course locally, and since then have had many many adventures off leash and he is much happier! (And so am I!) I am very grateful for this product and I know itโs helped me as a person be less worried and anxious that he will run away or take off again!" -

the subject of an ecollar or tools in general when it comes to dog training has always been quite the debate. I often get questions when we are out and about and our tools are visible.
The most frequent questions I get:
โwhat is that?
โdoes it hurt him?
โwhat does it do?
this is an ecollar. It provides a stim that is set to the level that works for my dog. Here you can see he is at a 10. The stim level goes from 0-99. Some dogs work at higher levels while some only use the vibrate or tone function - it all depends on the dog. The stim for my dog means โcome to me for a treatโ. It is a reward based tool for him. Itโs all about balance, trust and how the tool is introduced.
be sure to take the time to celebrate your wins with your dog, regardless of what tools, methods or styles you follow. I justโฆI cannot with the people screaming โbut the science says!!!!โ in the faces of people who are saying โe-collars SAVED MY DOGS LIFE!โ. ๐ซ
Itโs not a dog training problem, itโs a people problem. People who have the problem of wanting to โbe rightโ, and care less about kindness than they do about proving a misguided point. A point that thousands of dog owners experience doesnโt support. They say you canโt argue science but I donโt think you can argue away someoneโs lived, valid experience either.

We are very excited about investing into this channel to spread the good about e-collars and how theyโve changed the lives of dogs and owners alike. ๐๐
The goal is to share positive life-changing stories to create a place of nondiscriminatory stories to spread the e-collar love and also help fight against any future bans. Although this page is managed/curated by our social media manager at E-Collar Technologies, it is not only for ECT users. We will happily publish stories with an image of any ecollar (although of course itโs a bonus if itโs ours!) but we want this to be an open and safe place of sharing.๐โบ๏ธ๐พ
