It could be due to you ankle mobility, or lack of it...⬇️
squatting on a small incline really helps you get into a nice shaped squat with good form when your ankle mobility is limited⬇️
BUT if you don’t have an inclined platform, put a SMALL weight (5kg) under your heels....this will help you out just as well!

So the muscle is sometimes over stimulated or under stimulated...instead of a clean solid tense..
