You just gotta do what's gonna make you happy. She has a great ear and a highly melodic voice. Give her a scenario and she can come up with something. area.
Rachel Wyler is a rarely talented singer and songwriter, who sounds like a cross between Pink, Allison Krauss, and the Wreckers. She has a capability of writing her songs in her head, and not until she's got something, does she start pounding it out with the chords. She also has acting/improv abilities which helps to write music from other people's perspectives and gives her a naturalness singing
them. She highly believes in interweaving lyrics, melody, and instrumentation together to create a consistent and compelling emotional scene. Similar to a scene in a movie. Rachel Wyler loved music from an early age. She was very young when she started practicing songs and putting on mini shows. She has always felt that she belonged in this industry. Her passion followed through high school, where she won the coveted Rising Star Award and to college where she graduated with an Associates in Commercial Music Performance. She was exposed to Traditional Country, Bluegrass, and Jazz at her school and tried her hand at all three for the experience and won an Outstanding Vocalist Award for one of them. Yearning to learn more, she moved to Los Angeles and learned how to record herself. She attended the Recording Artist Program at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA in 2008, where she received a Certificate for her time there. While she was in California, she sang on the Multiple L.A. Music Awarded, Hopdown Bilby Band's album, Back in Paradise. She has sang with multiple bands in the city she currently lives in as well a, Houston, and has caught the attention of multiple managers in the L.A. She has also impressed an award winning songwriter and has a brother in the industry as well. She hopes to continue to grow and get better with her craft as she strives for excellence.
