Early last week I woke up multiple times in the night thinking I really needed to google Chrysanthemum. Had no clue why.

With my business head on all the time I looked for companies with this as a logo or in their name and nothing popped up.

Then it came to me, maybe it is to help with my cough and this horrid bug I have had that I just can't shake.

So I found that it is a thing. Chrysanthemum tea!

So here goes. Let's see if it helps.
Will give anything a go at the moment as this cough is so annoying.

Beautiful start to the day. Even though I was out working to around minute last night I am so grateful for these early morning views

Spending more time outdoors. Appreciating the small things in life.

Every day is a healing day. We all have healing to do. Luna loves a bit of energy healing, only for short spells but she loves the relaxation it gives her and the connection we have developed in the process is just amazing. If you have pets just spend some time with them, quiet time, no expectations, just be it is the most wonderful and powerful experience.

Sometimes we reach road blocks which we create ourselves. If the gate is closed find a solution.

Become a solution finder not a “I can’t” person in 2022.

Today is wet and windy but we still carry on. Carry on because life has meaning, carry on because we love the journey. Even on a wet and windy day smile and be grateful. change

On this beautiful start to a new week remember be good to yourself.

Treat yourself, have some down time, compliment yourself. We seem to find this so hard but it really is an essential part of loving yourself.
