As we join together to regularly send Reiki to the situation, I suggest we each let go of any outcome so that the love and wisdom of Reiki can work freely to bring about the highest good for all concerned. “Today marks a very special energy balancing day- the Equinox. ☯️

The Equinox is the time when yin and yang energies move into balance for a brief moment before either Yin or Yang energy becomes stronger and stronger, depending on where you are in the World.

With the energies in balance, your mind is clearer, and your spirit falls into alignment with the universe.

For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we are heading into Autumn. Yin energy is rising, so this is a time to go within, let go of what you do not need, and begin to reflect on the growth and harvest of the past year.

Now is the time to Refine, Modify, and alter your garden of goals and dreams so you harvest more joy and freedom than ever before. When you do, the metal energy becomes a great carrier of your messages to the universe.

Now is the time to go deeper into the supporting system of your Body (your own mother earth) as you prepare for the harvesting of all the ideas and heart’s desires you have planted in the spring time.

If there is a energy that needs adjusting, this is the time to add or let go, so that you can have the best harvest of your life.

The path is always through, never around, suppressed or ignored. The things we avoid are our greatest teachers. What could they be trying to show us?

Reiki is the loving, spiritually-guided energy that helps us find the highest path through. 💜 There is no deadline or pressure, just a constant presence of help.

Modern life doesn’t always give our souls a lot of attention or air time, yet being deeply plugged in and connected to it brings a tremendous quality to our lives! We are mind, body and soul. 💗 All 3 need care and I offer Reiki because it simultaneously helps us balance all 3 at once. ✨

Reiki found me when I most needed help clearing blocks in my energy field to help get me better reconnected to my higher self. Blocks come from all kinds of trauma, drama, drain, sickness and unhelpful lineage patterns stuck on repeat. These really damper our capacity to live in love, joy and harmony. Daily Reiki and now Qigong continue to ground and nurture this soul connection and alignment in my body. And it feels good!!

When feeling stuck, sad, hopeless and exhausted it’s usually because we are working against our soul and not in harmony with it. Reiki and practices like Qigong help restore that harmony so we aren’t in constant conflict with ourselves and the world around us. 🤍 Peace in our outer world begins with reastablishing and cultivating it within… mind, body, soul. 🕊️

Your Soul is very much a part of you, and it is also an energy that is of a higher spiritual dimension than the earthly plane. It brings its light and its pure love from its spiritual home into your life to the degree that you ask it to.

As you open to a greater experience of being your Soul, of loving as your Soul, and express Soul qualities in your day-to-day life, you can experience a very high level of earthly living as your highest love.

Living as your highest love, you become the perfect vehicle for your Soul to express all its qualities while you are here on earth. Many call this being heaven on earth.

There is no one way to process grief, but I love that this couple was lead to take a Reiki class together prior to life unraveling suddenly. Reiki knows and it lovingly shows up and wraps itself around us sometimes in our darkest hours and sometimes when we have no idea how much we will need its support later. 💟

"Following Vito’s death, I continued listening to “Reiki Healing” regularly, and now Vito appears in my meditations. Sometimes I see him walking alongside me or right behind me as if he’s looking out for me."

This article is about the Terry's experience with grief after her husband unexpectedly passed away, and how Reiki and meditation have helped her process her emotions. Grief is a personal and unique process that can come in reaction to various losses, including the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, losing a job, or any significant change. Terry's husband passed away from complications of an enlarged heart, and Reiki helped her deal with the shock and anxiety of the situation. She continues to use Reiki and meditation to help her feel centered and connected to her husband, who appears in her meditations as a being of light. Through meditation, she is able to communicate with him and express her feelings. She also shares how Reiki helped her gain insights into her grief and heal from the trauma of her husband's death.
