There simply wouldn't ever have been an Arootsakoostik without the Toughcats. As I sat stage side during their set last night I was overcome By emotion, appreciation, some disbelief and wonderment and much Gratitude. Thank you everyone.

I don't speculate on the future much anymore but I am certainly aware, humbled and grateful for the beautiful, unique and appreciated event we have all cultivated and continue to nurture. Thank you very much everyone. Take care of yourselves and each other until we meet again.

Mallett Brothers Band will headline popular Aroostook music festival Known for their mix of rock, Americana and country, the Mallett Brothers will be headlining the Arootsakoostik Music Festival.

We are very happy to welcome and announce that the The The Pelletier Lovejoy Jazz Ensemble will be joining us at this years Arootsakoostik

They will be setup across from the flagpole in the field (where the second stage USED to be) They will be playing between the hours of 3-6pm.

Things just keep getting better for one of the best little music Festivals in the world! We hope to see you July 8!

Yesterday we mentioned all of the deliciousness that will be available at the fest... We'd also like to announce that Scoops Ice Cream Truck will now also be joining us. Scoops will be in the park from 12-4 for all of your iced cream treat needs....

They will be joined all day by Storibord Coffee serving their delicious caffeinated and non- caffeinated refreshments.

FK That's Good will be returning to serve up fresh, delicious, local homemade food starting at 2pm!

And Maine-ly Meat 'n Potatoes will be back serving all of their classic fair food all day long.... Burgers and bacon and fries oh my!
