Move over summer stone fruit we’re coming into citrus season! We play around with varying amounts of skin contact in all our whites, but this is our first full tilt towards making an all out orange wine. Introducing Zagara: a co-fermented blend of Muscat, Riesling and Grillo. 150 days on skins. Yeehaw! 🍊🍊🍊
