Hello LO Baseball Families,
Next week, we are gearing up for our series against Oxford, which is always a highlight for our players. As part of our tradition, we host a BWW Fundraiser every year to unite all three Lake Orion Baseball Teams. It is designed to be a fun outing for both players and families. Please plan to dine at BWW on Monday, April 22 after the JV/V games. The attached flyer needs to be presented in order for LO Baseball to earn 20% of your total food bill.

Today’s JV home game and Varsity away game against Farmington have been postponed due to field conditions. They will be played on May 16th.
Freshman, JV and Varsity baseball games with L’Anse Creuse today have been cancelled due to weather.

On the way back to Michigan from Cocoa Beach!! Great week with our baseball family, intersquad scrimmages and weather here in Cocoa Beach!! One thing our kids learned is not to challenge the coaches in a game of bags!!! Experience won over youth!!!
Intersquad #5 (8 am start) in the books. Won by the Jags 8-4. Jags win the series 3-2 over the Cheds. A great week with our boys in Cocoa Beach!!! Thank you men for an awesome week and we now get at it for real Tuesday against L’Anse Creuse!!!!
Intersquad scrimmage #4 in the books. Walkoff win for the Jags over the Cheds 10-9. Intersquad series tied 2-2. Rubber game scheduled tomorrow at 8am at Mitchell Eliington field.
At the Hawaiian Shirt team dinner tonight a couple of seniors challenged a couple of our coaches to a game of bags!! Result ??? Down go the players. 131 years combined beat 36 years combined. Moral: Don’t challenge coaches unless you want to be humbled!!! 🤣

Dragon Freshman Baseball will play a doubleheader against Clarkston on Friday May 5 at 4pm at Lake Orion
Today's Varsity DH vs Oxford will be played at Oakland University starting at 3:00PM

Varsity, JV and Freshman baseball games have been postponed due to weather. Varsity game with Stoney Creek will be played tomorrow at Lake Orion at 4:30pn. JV game will be played tomorrow at Stoney Creek at 4:30pm. Freshman DH with Rochester will be made up Thursday starting at 4pm.

Our game at Dexter has been cancelled today due to weather and field conditions.
Saturday’s Varsity and JV Doubleheader with Ike will now be played at 1pm on Sunday at Lake Orion. Freshman DH with Ike at a TBD status right now.
Our game today with CC has been moved back to a 5:00pm start
