Instead of breaking at the hips first (like you do in the backsquat), you should think about breaking at the knees first, driving almost straight down between your feet. This allows you to stay more upright, keeping your spine in a more safe position👌

Heavy Benching from our last session. We switched from Ogus753 to a, for our needs, modified 5x5 System. Rule No.1 if you are training in a calorie deficit: Don't switch from heavy weights (Rep range 1-8) to leight weights (rep range >8) just to "shred" with those higher reps! If you are giving your body a lower stimulus to addapt, it aint gonna hold on to that hard earned muscle mass, you gained during your bulk! Dieting is not an excuse to lower the weights bra! 😉

Heavy 10*3 deadlifts from our last session after killin a sh*tload of pancakes and nutella 😅 Why we pull sumo? 1⃣We are training to do a powerlifting meet and with pulling sumo we are able to pull a bit more weight 2⃣refering to no.1: Why pulling more weight with sumostance -> the wider stance typically shortens the range of motion so you dont have to pull the bar as high as you would have to pulling conventional 3⃣The sumodeadlift is more leg dominant -> as my (Daniel)legs are my weakpoint refering to bodybuilding aspects this is better for me now than pulling conventional wich is more back dominant4⃣refering to no. 3: this allows us to train sumodeads as part of our legday and doesnt affect our backtraining as much as conventionals would 5⃣refering to no. 3: this also helps to bring our squat up 💪 If you have any questions just comment down below✌

Servus Bursch, mia segn mas fast jeden Tag im Gym: Anfänger (oder Leid mid am zgoußn Ego) am Curlen mit na geschissna Ausführung ohne dass eran Bizeps wirklich treffan🤔 Also wennts es richtig mocha mechts, schauts drauf, dass se da Oberarm eng am Körper befind und beim curlen nur da Unterarm bewegt. Des heißt, vom ausgstreckten Arm bis hin zur völligen Kontraktion vom Bizeps, ohne dass se de Schulter nach obn bewegt😉 Immer de volle Range Of Motion ausnutzen dann wird des ebs mid de 45er Ärmel !
