I really like these Monday Morning Motivation emails. Really succinct. I feel the same way about selfcare. Even the tiniest change will bring on a few more that day and more tomorrow. Enjoy!

If you want today to be different, then you have to do different things.

Same + Different = New Tomorrow!



How is today going to be any different?



This could be taken negatively, or positively.



But if you answer the question, and you look at it as a springboard to tomorrow,

your life could start to change today.



Because you change, you no longer wait for someone else.



You no longer wait until next week or the next month.



You do something different.



Start today to make sure that tomorrow is different.
