The Patch - Tulsa
Homegrown wildflowers in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Has this week felt unusually challenging for anyone else? 🫣 We have flowers coming out of our ears right now, so it felt like the right moment to spread a little joy and brighten somebody’s week. The rules are simple, friends:
1. Be sure you’re following our page, The Patch - Tulsa.
2. LIKE this post.
3. Tag someone in the comments who deserves a little joy/color added to their week, and say something you appreciate about them.
Winner will receive TWO bouquets — one for you, one for your friend. Winner will be chosen and notified at 5:00pm tomorrow, 7/26. Flowers will be available via local (Tulsa) pickup and both bouquets must be claimed at the same time.
A Sabbath day bouquet — because sometimes arranging a bouquet for fun counts as rest/worship too.
For every summer subscription purchased, we promised a bouquet delivery to Saint Simeon’s Senior Living Community. This morning, we were able to bless them with some of my favorite bouquets to date. I know these will bring so much joy to everyone who gets to enjoy them. To those who helped make it happen, THANK YOU! 💜✨ Our little fam appreciates you!
FIVE mini bouquets ✨ ready for a new home this evening. Message to claim! $15 local pickup // Delivery starts at $20
My three-year-old convinced me to play in the rain tonight and then abandoned me about five minutes in. 😅 Made the most of the cool air and harvested some of the flowers that were ready. I will be around for local pick up or delivery tomorrow. If you’d like a bouquet, let me know and the kiddos and I will put something together for you. $20 pick up / $25 delivery
So pleased with this week’s subscription bouquets! Walkin’ on sunshine. 🌻💃🏼✨
It has been a fun couple of weeks of flower arranging around here. ✨
UPDATE: pink is claimed.
Each available for local delivery or pick up tomorrow, 6/21. $25 delivery — $20 pick up. ✨
This little fella and his family have taken up residence in our yard this last week. We’ve made a pact that he won’t eat my flowers if I provide carrots and watermelon, and so far he’s held up his end of the bargain.
Happy views this morning. Going to be doing a TON of flower cutting. Anybody interested in a specialty bouquet for local pickup/delivery today? $20 pickup/$25 delivery. Let me know by 9:30am!
A little bit of whimsy for the kitchen table as we ring in a new week. Sometimes simple is best. ✨
Special delivery!
Things are getting more colorful by the day around here. Heart = happy.

Anybody else? 😍
Sometimes seeds planted in faith have to go deep in the dirt and dark before their roots take shape. The person who plants them still must show up and tend to them, believing something beautiful will emerge with time, because true faith requires action.
One of my favorite things about my garden is the lessons it teaches me along the way. So thankful to see life poking through the soil today after a nervous week of staring at a patch of dirt.
…a time to PLANT, so the harvest can look like THIS! ✨✨ Happy April, everyone. Seeds are going in the ground this weekend! So many exciting things to come this summer. Can’t wait to share with you.
P.s. I’m still on the hunt for a large wooden picnic table! If you know someone looking to sell/get rid of one, please let me know.
Today was the day! A few new peony roots went into the ground, while a few old ones were dug up and transplanted. I documented the whole process over on Instagram stories. Follow The Patch on IG:
It’s on paper, so it’s basically set in stone now, right? Cautiously optimistic that our last killing frost is behind us. Looking to get seed in the ground sometime in the next two weeks! 🥳
I got the shipping notification for three peony bulbs yesterday, tilling has begun, things are turning green, and ✨SPRING✨ is here! What a breath of fresh air!
MEANWHILE — I’m on the hunt for one or two wooden picnic tables like the one pictured here to add to the patch. Doesn’t have to be new or fancy (I’m going to paint them anyways). If you or someone you know may be looking to get rid of one, please let me know! -Meag
Spent the morning treasure hunting with baby girl at one of my favorite spots — The Cranberry Merchant. I couldn’t pass up these pieces (and maybe a couple of others) from my friend Angie’s booth — A Vintage Journey. Can’t wait to fill my new basket with cut flowers from the patch! ❤️
