Can't thankyou all enough for coming through, and apologies for any wait times on Saturday as it got a bit crazy with pre orders and walk ins! We have a new team in a new space, pushing out much more volumes than we are used to!

Coming to Melbourne!

We're close to finishing the shop, kinda, sorta...not sure how long still to go. Hoping within a month 🙏❤️ had a few delays, my fault, not prioritising some things I should have haha!

I'm doing things on the cheap, which means it takes a bit of extra time 😂 I'm not made of money but I think this way I'm getting to add more of my personality into the space. I already feel like it's got amazing vibes and it's currently covered in dust and there's stuff everywhere 😂 but I know it's gonna be sick when it's done and I can't wait to show you all! ❤️🙏

But we still have 2 Killa pop ups next week booked in cause these couldn't be missed! An incredible Friday night in Brunswick on the 19th for the Battle of the Burgers, smashing alongside our good friend and biggest burger inspiration .au surely to be a sick night with beers a flowing, killa burgs and burger eating contest as entertainment.

And on Sunday the 21st has so kindly invited us to Collab for their 1st birthday at their Heidelberg spot! And we couldn't be more honoured 🙏❤️
This tasty number pictured will be included in every ticket purchased, thankyou so much to anyone who bought tickets! ❤️🙌 Our signature smash patty with American cheese, incredible Bread and Butter pickles, TBP famous Brisket Burnt Ends, topped with their also famous Mac and cheese sauce 🙌❤️ this will be part of an array of tasty treats and drinks included in the ticket price! So this is that news I was supposed to post 2 weeks ago 😅

After slogging it on the mobile scene for a few years, which we have loved every minute of btw! Have made some incredible friends and so honoured and grateful to have popped up all over Melbourne and at so many lovely small businesses who've welcomed us and our food to serve their customers ❤️🙏 however, a space has opened up close to home (for me 🤣) and in an area I think is seriously lacking great food options run by passionate business owners.

Yes our very own shop 🙌 it's a huge risk to open in this climate, but we feel it's the next step, one where we can stretch our creative wings and hone in our passion for our craft and have a place to call home. One where you can visit us most days of the week, rather than just trying to chase us down on weekends wherever we happen to be.

For now there is still lots to do before we open, so I don't have exact opening date! But hopefully you're as excited as I am and will be watching closely for the next set of announcements! 👀 For now tell ya fam, tell ya mates BAMs coming to town!

The shop is located in Harrington square, Altona. An up and coming area with a few great businesses already. Soon it will be the place to be one BAM is open and smashing burgs

Super excited to be a part of the mushroom festival this year for this weekend! Saturday and Sunday 14th & 15th October 9am-4pm

We have crafted a lil cheffy mushroom Smashburger for the show, as all vendors will have an amazing dish to show off the wonders of the mushroom!

An earthy rich blend of flavours, buttery mushrooms and onions contrasted with the deep umami of the truffle and black garlic aioli, combined with the melty combination of cheeses, crisp lace and juicy centre of that beef locally raised and sourced by our friends ❤️🙏 a must try if you love the humble mushroom!
