This yogurt based dressing is so delicious and only 35 cals for 2 tablespoons!
Today I used it on my pork lettuce wraps with tomato, avocado, and onion.

I'm a big fan of salad... But I cringe at the thought of a salad drowning in dressing. Not only does it ruin texture, it also adds a lot of calories. An easy, light and flavorful dressing I like to use is just a combination of lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, all to taste. These flavors enhance the salad without the high calories and keeps all the other ingredient's integrity leaving you with a balanced salad ๐Ÿ‹

Made these little frozen yogurt bites today for the first time and I'm so happy with how they turned out! Each one is just 26 calories, has 2.2 grams of protein, 0 fat and only 4.7 grams of carbs.
Recipe is so simple: Mix 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt in a bowl with 1/4 cup blueberries & 2 tbsp of agave nectar or honey. Scoop into silicone ice tray and freeze. I made 10, but quantity will vary based upon the size of your ice tray.

I bulk prep my proteins to sous vide by laying out a long sheet of aluminum foil, weighing each cut and labeling on the foil with a sharpie. I seasoning, add aromatics, bag and vacuum seal then write the weight on the bag. They go in the fridge until ready to eat. Toss whole bag in the sous vide, open and eat!

I used to find it challenging to cook for two since we each have different macros and maintenance calories. Now, I just substitute his carb (in this case, rice) for salad or veggies.
