"It has now became the norm to be deracinated, and living life hopping from city to city, barely more than guests.
But these hops are not mere changes in scenery, they encapsulate discrete chunks of our lives, the emotions we had, the bonds we formed.
Returning to Paris after a long time triggered a lot of memories that were buried with time, and it felt like eating Proust's madeleine.
I kept wondering: does it feel worthwhile, or worthless, to think about these past feelings and memories? It might seem pessimistic to say it's worthless, but it makes it possible to cuts losses, forget about the past and face the future anew. It's been a few years since I started thinking of a song that would describe my introspection at that particular moment, and I wrote "Worthless" to capture these thoughts that rushed through my head back then."

"The Wanderer" is my first heavy, rock, dark album in many years.
It is a record I worked on from 2016 (!) that I was able to finish only because of the Corona lockdowns.
I wasn't sure wether to release it or not, but then I came across the beautiful photos of my long time friend Romina Mosticone, that matched the music so perfectly, and decided to put it out.
More than everything I've ever written, it expresses nostalgia, the feeling of being completely lost but at the same time mantaining a bit of hope and light towards the future.
I hope you're going to enjoy it.
