It's always challenging when you're on a 15 minute time schedule and putting together a balloon garland where there's no specific Pusheen Cat balloons.

Looking into the details of Pusheen Cat and sticking to a pastel colour scheme, I added some mini bows, candy swirls, mini donuts, polka dots, lilac hearts with custom decals-
"8 is MEOWgical" + "Let's PAW-ty"
and finished the garland with some fun twisted balloon curls 🩷
