A carpet job we finished today. We replaced the carpet in this house because of a flood from the dish washer drain leaking. , ,

After replacing the flooring in this house they went to test the dish washer and as you can see the water went under the flooring ruining some of it.

LVP flooring is such a nice addition to any home.

It’s super important for your foundation to be flat with no high spots or low spots. We use a concrete grinder to grind down the high spots and float the low spots to eliminate a lot of the hollow sounds in your flooring. , ,

As you can see from these pictures, carpet can hold a lot of dirt, sand and animal hair that can really play havoc on your allergies. We replace a lot of carpet with hard surface flooring like this luxury vinyl plank. It’s easier to clean and helps with allergies. ,
