đź’™ The Eastern Bluebirds are back! 4th grade students have been busy learning all about these beautiful birds and monitoring the nestboxes at school. The Durand Sportsmen's club made and gave each 4th grade student a nestbox to set up at home and monitor. đź’™

The 2023 Mega Raffle is coming up soon. The drawing will be held on June 17th. If you don't have your tickets yet you can contact a club member, reach out to us on Face Book or stop in to one of the local business that have tickets available. Tickets are available at Ryan's Sport Shop, Corral Bar, Spot Bar, Bodhi's Saloon, Eau Galle Saloon and Rolling Greens Golf Course.

At our December meeting we gave out the prizes for the 2022 Big Buck, Big Doe Contest. A youth division was also added this year. Pete Peterson was the winner of the biggest buck, Scott Trainor biggest doe. Kori Weber was the winner of the biggest youth buck and Silas Myren the biggest youth doe. Winners of the Buck Contest Drawing were Dave Wollum, Dan Wieser, Matt Hilgart, April Bauer, Pete Peterson, Kent Carothers and Kurt Hurlburt. Not pictured are Dan Wieser and Kent Carothers.

DNR Honors Pepin County Volunteers As Top Hunter Education Instructor Group | Wisconsin DNR The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced that the Durand Sportsmen’s Club of Pepin County was named the DNR's 2021 Wisconsin Hunter Education Instructor Group of the Year.
