Later, the girl rented a flat for 5 years in the city for him and bought him a motorbike to use at work.

They are now both planning to travel to Canada where the boy's talent can be developed.

VETERAN ACTOR JOHN OKAFOR POPULARLY KNOWN AS Mr IBU IS DEAD

The national president of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas confirmed Ibu’s passing in an Instagram post on Saturday.

He wrote: “Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today and Mr lbu suffered cardiac arrest according to his manager for 24 years Mr Don Single Nwuzor. I announce with deep sense of grief that Mr Ibu didn’t make it. May his soul rest in peace.”

Mr Ibu underwent multiple surgeries and a leg amputation in 2023.
