There is hope.... How do you find hope in trying times? Just as the sun rises every morning, so do the seasons change. I have been watching my bulbs emerge over the past week, and even with yesterday's snow they are there, pushing so gently upwards. So do we....we push gently through our lives (and yes, sometimes not...

Today's full moon in Pisces....how do we handle so much change, so much uncertainty...bringing in grace, self compassion and love for whatever arises. Knowing that the resources are within each one of us, that we are part of a greater, Divine presence that is based on love. Today's full moon is one of endings, and the beginning that follows.

What practices do you use to bring ease into your life? to navigate transitions?

Yesterday, the internet was abuzz with the date...2222022. I felt drawn to create a cosmic smashbook page about the energy of the day. While I am all about manifesting and co-creating with the universe on a daily basis, I am also keenly aware that there is much happening in the world that cannot go unnoticed or ignored. So while I have my ongoing practices for what i am bringing forth in my life, yesterday became a day of unconditional love and compassion to all living beings. Not always easy, but such is this journey of life, and why we search for communities for mutual support and inspiration. My page, which is layered in twos ended covered in hearts of color, shape, shimmer....allowed me to process all my conflicting feelings and emotions. Such is the tremendous healing power of this practice! Join me in one of my upcoming workshops and experience the process.

I do not set resolutions, I do not even choose a word of the year...but I do set an intention around the energy I will be bringing into the world. Sometimes a symbol for the year emerges as well....But sometimes it is enough to just reflect, be grateful for the past and take the next step into the future. With compassion, with gratitude and a nudge into what is next.
Join me on January 9 for an introduction to Cosmic Smashbooking as we take a breather and begin anew .. again....
This picture is a look into the smashbook page emerging for me, as I think about this time of the year and the opportunities it brings for awareness, compassion, love and gratitude. Life is not always easy, There is much we do not understand. But we can remind ourselves of our true, spiritual, divine nature and allow creativity and intuition to guide us, moment by moment.
That is my energy for 2022. Join me! All are welcome! No artistic skills needed, use whatever you have at home, as we reflect, create, have fun and be open to whatever arises!
